Lektion 1
Introduction To Meridian Therapy
An introduction to meridian therapy through Traditional Chinese Medicine. In this module we look at the 5 Elements and the yin-yang states - both contribute to the overall qualities of each meridian. We also briefly discuss the characteristics to look out for of the meridian couplets.
Lektion 2
Making A 5 Element Chart
In this lesson we make a 5 element chart and include the aspects from lesson 1 into the chart. This chart can then be referred to when working with the individual meridians from lessons 3 to 10. It's also a handy chart to use in daily life.
Lektion 3
The Central Meridian
Learn how to access the central meridian which is the yin part of the nervous system and runs through the primary chakra system. Refer to the 5 element chart from lesson 2 for details and characteristics of the central meridian.
Lektion 4
The Governing Meridian
Learn how to access the governing meridian which is the yang part of the nervous system. This meridian runs up the spine and partners with the central meridian which is also part of the central nervous system.
Lektion 5
The Kidney Meridian
Learn how to access the kidney meridian which is the yin meridian in the water element. The kidney meridian is partner to the yang bladder meridian which means that by treating this meridian the bladder meridian will automatically benefit. Because the yin meridians are deeper (physically and metaphysically) so the more surface level yang meridians receive treatment when their yin partners are serviced.
The bi-lateral kidney meridian starts between the balls of the feet and flows up to the collar bone, below the throat.
Lektion 6
The Liver Meridian
Learn how to access the liver meridian which is the yin meridian in the wood element and benefits it's yang partner, gall bladder. The bi-lateral liver meridian starts on the inside of the big toe and flows up to mid-ribcage.
Lektion 7
The Heart Meridian
Learn how to access the heart meridian which is a yin meridian in the fire element and which benefits it's yang partner, small intestine. The bi-lateral heart meridian starts on the inside of the armpit and flows down the arm to the tip of the little finger.
Lektion 8
The Circulatory - Reproductive Meridian / Pericardium Meridian
Learn how to access the pericardium meridian, another yin fire meridian, which benefits the triple warmer meridian. This bi-lateral meridian starts in the centre of the breast area, flows up to the shoulder and down the arm, ending on the tip of the middle finger.
Lektion 9
The Spleen Meridian
Learn how to access the spleen meridian, the yin meridian of the earth element which benefits it's yang partner, stomach. This bi-lateral meridian starts on the outside of the big toe and travels up the inside of the leg then moves to the outside of the torso, when reaching the armpit it does a u-turn and travels back down the side of the ribcage ending in line with the breast area.

The Lung Meridian
Learn how to access the lung meridian, the yin meridian of the metal element which benefits it's yang partner large intestine. This-bi-lateral meridian starts on the chest, next to the armpit, and travels down the inside of the arm, ending on the tip of the thumb,

Using Meridian Therapy In Every Day Life
In this final lesson, you will learn how to use meridians to improve your immune system and general health. You will also be guided as to how to treat chronic and acute symptoms using meridian therapy.
