Kinesiologist Helen Hansen shares her expertise of holistic health in this course. Helen has been in mind-body practice since 1997 and specialises in the ancient Traditional Chinese Longevity practices.

Treating The Liver Naturally
Let's understand the liver holistically. In this lesson we discuss the various aspects related to the liver system, in relation to Traditional Chinese Medicine. We look at various ways to treat the liver naturally, including essential oils, emotional support, colours, exercise and lifestyle factors.
Lektion 2
Release Points For Liver Deficiency
Let's start by knowing the various symptoms that can show as liver issues - not all are connected to the organ. Now we can work power points on the body to release blockages in the liver system. Finally, we discuss optimal nutrition for a healthy, balanced liver.
Lektion 3
A Healing Meditation For Your Liver
Find a comfortable position where your shoulders and arms will be well supported. In this meditation you will be guided to use a conscious healing circuit for nourishing your liver health and well-being.

A calming course for the liver, I have some great tools to take away, I love the teachers calming kind voice (she does lives on insight timer that are also so beneficial. I highly recommend to everybody. The lives, focus on different parts of the body each time)
