Over the next 5 days, we'll explore some of the biggest challenges we face with stress in our busy modern lives. Instead of trying to 'end' stress, or make it 'the enemy', we'll explore the origin of stress and the vital role it plays in both protecting us and shaping our experience of everyday life. Working through common scenarios and struggles, we'll share powerful practices and well-being habit-builders, rooted in neuroscience, so you can respond to the difficulties and challenges you encounter - alleviating the stress and anxiety you experience and lowering the risk of burnout.
