I found bebenfit to most of these practices and will be making them part of my daily practices, along with the suggestions for other improvements in diet and exercise etc. I wear Mala beads and use post-it notes are visual reminders to practise.

My takeaway: imagine the feeling of sadness/malaise/indifference/languishing/depression as a shape, ask it what it needs and care for it. I appreciate the wrap up summary. I imagined a deflated ball next to a sad droopy dog face . For my the ball was red, perhaps symbolizing my ❤️ deflated heart .
