Trying to control the things that are not in our control is one of the biggest trappings that robs us of peace.
So learning how to let go of control and go with the flow of life really helps to increase our moments of peace.
So let's practice repeating some affirmative and empowering statements that will help you live more in the natural flow of life rather than resisting,
Spinning,
Or paddling upstream.
I will be repeating each affirmation twice so you can really absorb them and I'll also be allowing time for you to repeat each statement either silently or aloud.
And you can feel free to listen with your eyes closed or open.
