Lesson 2
Revealing & Healing
This lesson will introduce you to “Dart in the Heart Moments.” These are those turning-points in time when something painful occurs and someone decides their body is somehow at fault and unacceptable. A deep journaling exercise will invite you to identify one of your Dart in the Heart Moments and a powerful visualization will then enable you to heal that wound.

Lesson 3
Digging Deeper
This talk will help you gain a better understanding of the purpose and depth of body dissatisfaction. Practical examples are given to illustrate how body obsession distracts us from deeper issues and you will leave this talk armed with simple suggestions to take into your day to day life.

Lesson 4
Body Apology
This lesson begins with a reading of the teacher’s personal body apology. Next is a gentle guided meditation where you can experience a body apology of your own. Walking you through various body parts, you will be guided to compassionately make amends to your body for all the ways the culture has led you and your body astray.

Body Appreciation
Our bodies work diligently for us, 24 hours a day. Sadly, far too many of us either forget to take the time to appreciate our bodies, think unkindly about our bodies, or get so busy we neglect to think about our bodies much at all. This lesson offers you the opportunity to give thanks and appreciation to the miraculous body you live in.

Love is the most healing state of all. It’s all too easy not only to forget to send love to our bodies, but to actually send hate and dislike to our bodies instead.
