In the process of Muscle Testing, different supplements, food sources, skin products and more are tested in relation to an individuals current physical, mental and emotional status. Muscle Testing results are always unique to the person assessed. You can assess yourself, your loved ones, your clients, friends or anyone. A keen understanding of the testing process as well as the ability to prepare appropriately for testing will set you up for accurate results. This course is filled with in depth theory on the science and art of this gentle skill. Everything is frequency and thus the testing is about checking if the frequency of the body is in resonance or dissonance with the frequency of the item being tested. The final lesson takes you through a practical guide. Coupled with this are regular Live's here on Insight Timer where you can watch muscle testing in action. Kinesiologist, Helen Hansen, has been professionally muscle testing in her practice for the past 9 years. Helen has been teaching the art and science of muscle testing in workshops and courses for the past 2 years, empowering others to use this skill in their home or their own field of expertise.

Understanding The Mechanics Of Muscle Testing
How does muscle testing work? What can one test with this technique? What does the body show and tell when it is tested? These and other questions will be answered in this introduction to the kinesiology technique of muscle testing. A reading resource for understanding quantum physics is Lynne McTaggart's book 'The Field'.
Lezione 2
Preparing For The Process Of Muscle Testing
Everything is a vibration and the body naturally responds to the frequencies in a close environment as well as those further afield. How does this all impact muscle testing? In this lesson we talk about the importance of preparing a space for this process as well as how to keep the vibrations in the area you will be testing in as neutral as possible. The book referred to is 'Vibrational Medicine' by Dr Richard Gerber.

Different Types Of Muscle Testing
Indicator muscle testing and evaluational muscle testing are the two different types of techniques used to get two different types of answers. In this lesson we discuss the difference, when to use each and how to use them. We also start to talk about self-testing.

How Accurate Is Muscle Testing?
In this lesson we discuss the accuracy of the process of testing items in relation to the body's resonating field. You will hear about case studies performed on individuals being tested as well as the facilitators performing the technique. Having this background information is important to know as well as to have on hand to share with those you will be testing.
Lezione 5
Sabotage Programmes
Sabotage programmes taking place within the facilitator and/or the individual being tested can affect the outcome of the test. In this lesson we discuss the saboteur and how to deal with it in the setting of muscle testing.
Lezione 6
A Quick Recap
In this lesson we touch on the highlights from the previous five lessons. We also go through all the do's and don'ts of the muscle testing process for eg: do make sure the person you are muscle testing is comfortable; don't have stimulants in the environment where the muscle testing is taking place. The book referred to is 'Power vs Force' by Dr David Hawkins.
Lezione 7
Practical
In this lesson we go through the reset techniques which are necessary before one can receive accurate information. We also work through the protocol and you are guided through the fundamentals of the practical of muscle testing another as well as the self-testing method. The protocol for testing another person is as follows: 1. Prepare the space with minimal sensory distractions 2. Settle yourself (physically, mentally, emotionally) 3. Use all of the reset techniques for yourself and with the person you are testing 4. Check the person being tested is comfortable and that s/he is not touching anything with a strong current and that the feet are both flat on the floor 5. Ensure the person has no gum in the mouth, take off crystals from the body and sports watches 6. Ask for permission to muscle test 7. Use 1kg pressure or less as you lightly press down on the area on the wrist or just above 8. Muscle Pretest 9. Check for sabotage programmes in relation to this muscle testing session 10. Check 'Willingness to proceed' and repeat this between every 2 or 3 items 11. Place item to check against solar plexus 12. Check for sabotage programmes in connection with the item 13. On completion of checking, check for stress in the body due to muscle testing. 14. Use the hand on the forehead to destress self and other. 15. Enjoy!
