Thanks for this course Helen. On the second day I kept falling asleep. I listened to meditation on 2nd day too. It took 3 plays before I stayed awake to follow. I'm hoping my kidneys will be happier now with all the rest 🙏 I've relistened to the whole course again today and managed to hear it all 🙏
