This lesson focuses on working with the energy body through specific acupressure points to gently tonify meridians that may become depleted during prolonged grief.
By supporting these pathways, we help nourish the yin system, which is often weakened in times of ongoing sadness and emotional strain.
Participants learn simple, effective techniques to restore balance, replenish inner reserves, and bring a sense of calm stability back to the body–mind system.

This lesson offers a gentle guided process to calm the body and settle the nervous system, creating a sense of safety and ease.
Through mindful awareness and soothing techniques, emotions are softened and held with compassion, allowing space for release.
The practice supports and nourishes the heart, helping to restore warmth, connection, and inner steadiness.
