Essential Oils
Meet Max, the beautiful lab who struggled during thunderstorms. Aromatherapy helped Max manage his anxiety in a natural, gentle way, particularly with lavender and chamomile. We discuss a variety of valuable oils beneficial for dogs and cats as well as how to apply them. A list of oils, not safe for pets, is also shared.

Crystal Therapy & Flower Remedies
Daisy the cat tells of her experience with arthritis and how crystals, specifically amethyst, helped her find relief from pain. A list of beneficial crystals is shared to help treat both the physical and emotional body. A list of flower remedies is shared to help with aggression, anxiety, timidity, and other symptoms.

Diet & Nutrition
Sammy the beagle had a sudden turn of health in various areas: sudden aging, itchy skin, and irritable mood swings. After changing his diet, particularly taking out dry food with grains, Sammy's health improved almost immediately. We discuss what to look out for and what to avoid when making food choices.
Lektion 4
Acupressure & Meridians
Misty, a senior cat, benefitted from acupressure and was soon able to jump up again, on to her favorite windowsill! We work through three acupressure areas and two meridian pathways. These benefit the nervous system, digestive system, circulatory system, cardiovascular system as well as pain and inflammation.
Lektion 5
Meditating With Your Animal Friend
Find a comfortable sitting position with your cat or dog, somewhere where the both of you can relax and remain together for a few minutes. Prepare the space with whatever support you know your pet likes or needs. I look forward to meeting you in the meditation with my animal friend, Felix.
