Preparing For The Process Of Muscle Testing
Everything is a vibration and the body naturally responds to the frequencies in a close environment as well as those further afield. How does this all impact muscle testing? In this lesson we talk about the importance of preparing a space for this process as well as how to keep the vibrations in the area you will be testing in as neutral as possible. In this lesson we discuss the accuracy of the process of testing items in relation to the body's resonating field. You will hear about case studies performed on individuals being tested as well as the facilitators performing the technique. In this lesson we touch on the highlights from the previous five lessons. We also go through all the do's and don'ts of the muscle testing process for eg: do make sure the person you are muscle testing is comfortable; don't have stimulants in the environment where the muscle testing is taking place. Practical
In this lesson we go through the reset techniques which are necessary before one can receive accurate information. We also work through the protocol and you are guided through the fundamentals of the practical of muscle testing another as well as the self-testing method. The protocol for testing another person is as follows: 1. Prepare the space with minimal sensory distractions 2. Settle yourself (physically, mentally, emotionally) 3. Use all of the reset techniques for yourself and with the person you are testing 4. Check the person being tested is comfortable and that s/he is not touching anything with a strong current and that the feet are both flat on the floor 5. Ensure the person has no gum in the mouth, take off crystals from the body and sports watches 6. Ask for permission to muscle test 7. Use 1kg pressure or less as you lightly press down on the area on the wrist or just above 8. Muscle Pretest 9. Check for sabotage programmes in relation to this muscle testing session 10. Check 'Willingness to proceed' and repeat this between every 2 or 3 items 11. Place item to check against solar plexus 12. Check for sabotage programmes in connection with the item 13. On completion of checking, check for stress in the body due to muscle testing. 14. Use the hand on the forehead to destress self and other. 15. Enjoy!
