The Collective Pulse | Trust The Practice
Every week, I tune into the collective energy and offer a short reading for Leaders who feel the undercurrents shifting. This week's image: a golfer at a practice net. Not on the course yet. Not performing for anyone. Just practicing. Refining. Trusting the process. There is a particular kind of leadership being asked of us right now. One that is not rushing to the stage or the spotlight. One that understands the profound power of preparation. Because the Leaders who will move the world forward are not the ones who skipped the practice net. They are the ones who showed up for it, again and again, until the swing became second nature. This is your weekly energy reading for Leaders who are building something real. Come tune in. Week of February 23rd, 2026 Suggested follow-up tracks: New Moon in Capricorn (Jan 2026); Steady in the Heart (Oct 2025); Full Moon in Aries (Oct 2025); Light Protocol 06 for Headaches

The Collective Pulse for the week of February 23rd.
Let us close our eyes.
We are going to read the energy of what most serves for leaders at this time on our planet to know.
And what I see is the screen or the net that you would use if you were going to go do like batting practice.
But it's not batting.
It's golf.
You know,
When you have the nets and you stand on the mat and then you have your golf clubs and you're swinging the balls and it measures like how far you go and if you're straight or off or whatever.
It looks like that like the practice range that's the word i want the practice range for golfers and i see one person It's one person standing in front of one net just consistently swinging again and again and refining and practicing the way that he or she works with their club.
Okay,
So everything means something in energy space,
And why would we be seeing that right now?
And I also notice how the net is really close up.
It's not like a driving range where you go and you're hitting the balls way out and you can kind of see where you are.
It feels like it's all brought in much closer and it's right in front of you.
So there's a number and a measurement and an analysis that you see right away.
This feels important because at this time we are in an eclipse window or portal.
We had the solar eclipse last week with Aquarius,
And we're moving towards a lunar eclipse with,
I believe,
Virgo.
And Virgo,
It makes sense because it's about measuring and checking all the items and the numbers.
In this eclipse window,
There is an opportunity for us to refine as leaders what our tools and practices and standards and ways of leading are.
It's like we are in our own.
Evaluation loop with ourselves to see how things are working.
When so for example it's uh the images of a golf practice range not a batting practice range I feel like golf in particular is a very individual sport.
With baseball you're part of a team with all the other sports for the most part I think you're a lot of them you're part of a team golf is you measuring yourself against your own score you on an empty green or empty drive just sending your own golf ball out to see how you do there's there's an individual competition within ourselves to improve to refine to get better to get better I feel like I'm taking a very long winded way to explain this.
We are being offered an opportunity in this window of time with the eclipses to bring our own ways of seeing and understanding our leadership styles closer to us.
So that may mean.
.
.
There's more opportunity to lead.
Shifts in the environment and things that are happening around you that really call you into leading in a new way,
In a different way.
And the feedback loop is going to be more immediate,
Quicker in how people reflect back to you how you are leading.
And so we can adapt easily.
We can strengthen or refine something that isn't.
Where we wanted it to be yet.
It's like the window or portal.
Amplifies what it is that we are working on.
And.
It may be kind of intense when someone as a golfer chooses to go to a practice range.
It's because they want to improve.
It's because they're committed to the path that they are walking as a golfer.
It's the same for us as a leader.
When we're committed to leading.
Then we are offered these times where we get to really strengthen how we lead.
It may be uncomfortable.
It may show you a stroke a turn a way that you're standing or holding if we use the golf example that isn't quite in alignment that could be strengthened straightened improved And sometimes that feedback is uncomfortable for us to receive.
It's so funny because as I say this,
I can hear it all coming back for me too.
Like,
Uh-oh,
This might be a really busy week.
It might be a week that brings a lot of feedback.
We're here for it.
This is a time for leaders to be stepping into more and more.
Integrity and truth and clarity in how we lead.
We're being called into bigger expressions of ourselves.
And we choose it,
Right?
A golfer who chooses to learn to play golf is doing it because there's something beautiful about the sport,
The game that they actually want to get better at.
When they go to a practice range,
It's because they're committed to improving.
And I think that is the same for all of us.
If I take it big picture,
The soul that wires its blueprint,
Its birth chart,
Its.
.
.
Story of its life,
The soul that wires that whole human experience.
For leadership is because that soul came here to want to explore leadership.
And now is the time.
I mean,
There's always times,
But like now is a potent and amplified time.
So see yourself standing in front of the net doing your practice hitting over and over in that image of the golfer and allow yourself to try some new things to refine your skills.
To stand in your power,
Your own power.
And lead from your heart.
Wow,
It's going to be quite a week.
So much love.
