Hello and welcome to our community meditation space.
My name is Viviane Girard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation for the full moon eclipse in Virgo.
As we arrive into this time together,
I invite you to see yourself walking into our virtual living room and choosing your seat side by side as we turn to astrology to guide our experience here on earth.
We are currently as I record this in the eclipse window from the solar eclipse in Aquarius which was February 17th until the full moon eclipse in Virgo which is going to be next week on Tuesday.
The energy of this eclipse will be most felt for the month of March and then will ripple out for the next six months.
So this time of meditation is a seeding,
A guidance to take us from the head down into the heart.
Let's close our eyes and settle into your body.
When the emotions are high and the eclipse activity is potent,
It is challenging to choose to be fully present in the body because there may be a lot to feel.
And so one way to do that is to slow down your breathing.
To lengthen the inhale and the exhale and allow them to become even.
If it helps to count,
You could do a count of six.
Breathing in to the count of six and then slowly breathing out to the count of six.
As you breathe,
Allow your energy to come home into your body.
Calling all the parts of you that are out or have been out.
Taking care of other people.
Tracking what is happening in the collective energy field.
Projecting into the future.
Ruminating in the past.
Multitasking in the moment.
Bring all of you back into you.
You can see little golden threads that connect all the versions of you that are doing other things and just slowly being tugged.
The threads are gently pulled back,
Which gathers your energy from the places and people outside of here that you have been leaving your energy in.
If it is just for this time of meditation,
The world will probably not fall apart.
If you bring all of your energy back into you.
And I say that with a big hug.
It is good to be fully present and to be a little selfish in this time of meditation with your own energy.
To bring it back into yourself.
As your energy arrives in your body,
It may feel a little uncomfortable.
We don't always realize how much of our energy is outside of us.
And once it starts to come back in,
It can feel tight in our chest or heavy in our breathing.
It can feel dense inside of our bodies.
Imagine you can guide all of your energy down through your body to your feet.
And you close your feet underneath and you start to hold all of your power,
Your consciousness,
The energy that is yours that is coming back into you.
You hold it in your body.
Filling yourself up from your feet through your legs up into the core of your body with you.
Not bringing anyone else or their stuff into your space.
Just calling your energy home into your body.
If you notice that your legs or your arms are tightening up,
Relax your muscles.
What if this is the most natural way for you to experience your own energy?
It's inside your body.
It's not outside of you.
It is your power,
Your consciousness,
Self-sourced inside of you.
Use your breath to slow down the pace.
To deepen how relaxed your body feels.
And to call even more of you into this moment.
As you fill your body up with your consciousness,
You may notice things that you are feeling in your body.
There may be emotions that start to be felt.
There may be places in your body as you fill up that need to wiggle or move.
You might find that your eyes are leaking or that your throat is tight.
Allow the energy to simply move through your body as you call more of you home.
Be curious about what you are experiencing in your body and keep your focus on your feet.
Staying present in the moment in the body.
Allowing yourself to have whatever the experience is that most serves you right now.
If emotions are moving,
Allow them to move.
If your body is relaxing and deepening into the place that you are sitting,
Allow yourself to land fully here.
When the astrology is powerful and packed with layers of big shifts,
It is easy for our power to sit in our mind.
For our energy to get caught up in the collective fear,
Conversation,
Drama,
Whatever is happening in the collective chatter.
Choosing to be still and to meditate is an invitation to pause that external chatter.
Just for as long as you meditate.
And come fully into your own inner landscape,
Your own experience inside of you.
And what we find when we do that is there is a lot happening inside of ourselves.
It may be the waves of emotion.
It may be out of balance areas in our body that we suddenly realize are not feeling strong or healthy or optimal.
Meditation is like our own internal health visit.
You get to check what is happening inside of you.
A full moon in Virgo is the perfect time to do that.
Because Virgo is the sign associated with focusing on health.
With being willing to open up the medicine cabinet and see what most serves to support the body.
When you are with you,
How is your body in this moment?
Do a scan,
Take a look through your body and see what you notice.
You may find that your body is very tired.
When there is a lot of emotion,
A lot of collective shifting,
Our physical body can feel that.
By contrast,
You may find that your body feels energized.
We have Saturn just moving into Aries.
It's about action,
Building,
Creating the structure,
Doing,
Momentum.
You may be somewhere in the middle.
When we come into our body and are fully present,
The judgment can start to dissipate.
The self-judgment and the judgment from the external world.
From the people around us,
Perhaps even the ones that we love the most.
We can hear their voice in our head,
Judging.
In meditation,
We clear the judgment.
If we hear any of those words or voices,
We can simply guide that energy all the way down through our body to our feet.
And then you choose to release that judgment into the earth,
Through your feet and down into the earth.
Because in meditation space,
The judgment is not actually true.
When we are present with our body and it is tired,
It is simply because our body is tired.
And so we can check in with our body and find out what do we need.
What would serve the body the most right now?
It is the temple for your soul.
What does your body need from you?
Perhaps it's more play,
More joy.
To dance,
To hug,
To jump around like a child who's excited at an event,
A party.
Perhaps it's to go lay in the grass and look up at the sky.
In meditation space,
Our body can communicate with us.
And when we banish the judger,
When we send the judging energy down through our feet and into the earth,
The conversation we can have with our body is kind.
It's compassionate,
It's loving.
It brings us back to when the soul first chose the human body that it would be living in this lifetime.
It was with such reverence and grace and deep gratitude.
The soul thanking the body for allowing a physical human experience to happen.
In meditation,
We can tap back into that.
And our body can relax enough to guide us,
To show us what we need.
You may feel dehydrated or hungry.
Notice what your body is showing you.
Without judging,
Without the programming of what it is supposed to be.
Desiring or needing.
What is actually true for you?
Now in this moment.
And it may change every time you listen to this meditation or drop in on your own.
Your body may tell you something completely different.
Beautiful.
Beautiful.
Meditation can become the bridge to develop a harmony,
A trust between mind,
Body,
Soul and heart.
And how do we begin?
We simply begin.
We listen.
We take the guidance out into our external world and we do what our body needs.
We see the dialogue internally as more powerful than anything that happens externally.
So relax your muscles and breathe.
Notice how much quieter your mind has become.
When we banish the judger,
It's amazing how much inner dialogue goes with the judger.
Perhaps you are feeling your heart a little softer,
Gentler,
Perhaps more compassionate than when you arrived in the meditation.
One of the nuggets of astrology that is important to weave in at this time is that Jupiter has been going retrograde through Cancer.
Cancer is the sign associated with home,
With safety,
With family,
Nourishment,
Self-care.
Jupiter expands,
Amplifies what it focuses on.
So we have been reviewing,
Detoxing,
Perhaps purging old beliefs,
Old stories,
Freeing ourselves as the meditation before this one guided.
And now here we are.
Jupiter stations direct in March and it starts going forward.
It brings new nourishment,
New self-care,
More than before.
We review in the retrograde and then when the movement is forward again,
We take inspired,
Aligned action.
It is a powerful time to love yourself,
To nourish yourself first so that it can bubble over into whoever is around you that you also care for.
So breathe.
As you focus on your feet again,
Allow yourself to grow roots from the bottoms of your feet all the way down deep into the earth as far down as you are able to guide your visualization.
The earth nourishes us as individual souls in human bodies.
Jupiter in Cancer is about our self-care,
Our self-love.
The earth,
The consciousness of earth,
Gaia,
Provides that nourishment in a spiritual,
Energetic,
Ethereal way.
When you choose to connect your feet and root in with the earth,
You can release what is ready to go and you can also receive from the earth what serves your body,
What serves your consciousness.
It is a form of purification,
Of clearing your space by receiving.
So imagine you can see light in whatever color feels nourishing to you.
Maybe it is green life force or white purified light,
Maybe yellow sunshine like photosynthesis.
Whatever feels true,
Allow yourself to receive it through your feet and come up into your body,
Strengthening,
Nourishing your physical body,
Your chakra system,
Coming all the way up to your heart.
What if in this moment the earth could help hold your heart?
Holding your heart as sacred,
As perfect,
Beautiful,
Strong,
Healthy.
It may have some battle scars,
It may have some open wounds right now.
It may even be surrounded with barbed wire.
What if when the earth,
Gaia,
Meets you in your heart space in this grounded,
Nourishing way,
You can relax your body and feel held.
It is so beautiful just being held in love by Gaia,
By earth.
Because there is nothing to do.
There is no action required.
There is no proving or forcing.
You are simply held because you allow yourself to receive.
If there are old stories or wounds or heaviness that you choose to release in this moment,
You can simply see that energy running all the way down from your heart through the roots that are visualizing as Gaia holding you.
That energy can run and detox all the way down to your feet and run down the roots into the earth to be recycled.
Those beliefs serve us until they no longer serve us.
And in the moment that we have awareness of a belief that doesn't serve,
We can simply choose to release that belief.
If a story has taught us and it is now complete,
We can release that story.
The full moon in Virgo amplifies that detoxification with the eclipse.
It is a time of strengthening the health,
The wellness of our body,
Our mind,
Our soul and our heart.
And I find love from Gaia to be pure,
To be safe,
To be healing.
And when we allow our hearts to be held in that energy with great care and reverence,
Miracles are possible.
New beginnings are amplified,
Strengthened,
Resourced.
So relax your body.
Allow yourself to settle into this feeling of safety inside of you.
Using your breath.
To steady and calm your nervous system.
You can allow Gaia to continue holding your heart for as long as feels good to you.
When you feel complete,
You can visualize the hands of Gaia moving all the way down through your body again and back into the earth.
Keeping your feet connected with those roots so that you feel steady,
Grounded,
Centered as we start to make our way out of the meditation.
With your eyes still closed,
Your feet planted on the ground,
I want you to straighten your spine and gently open your shoulders.
As you do that,
It will naturally open your heart just a little bit wider,
So open to what feels comfortable and sustainable for you.
If you feel like you stretched a lot,
You may want to curl in and just come to a place that is comfortable for you.
And with your eyes still closed,
Allow yourself to feel what has shifted in your body.
You may feel calmer,
Quieter,
More hopeful,
More peaceful.
You may feel ready to go run and jump and dance and create.
Whatever is true for you,
Trust that.
Invite your body to offer any last nuggets of wisdom or things to remember to nourish your body as you move from this space.
And then gently,
As you feel ready,
Open your eyes,
But just look at one thing in front of you.
I'm holding a crystal.
It's a smoky quartz.
It's black and white.
I'm rubbing my fingers around it,
So wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes.
Allow yourself to start to take in more of the space around you,
The room,
Wherever you are.
And as you do that,
I encourage you to see how both are true and real.
What you see inside of you in meditation with your eyes closed and what you see externally when you open your eyes are both true for you.
And there is a merging,
A blending that is only going to continue to strengthen,
To happen more as we make our way through the shift with Pluto and Aquarius for the next 20 years.
It is a powerful time to trust as your consciousness expands,
As your intuition heightens,
As your knowing inside of you strengthens.
Trust yourself.
I encourage you to drink a big glass of water with all of the work that we did in the body,
To nourish yourself,
To rest if you need it,
And to connect with nature,
To really allow yourself to remember the beauty of this planet and your innate value and worthiness simply by choosing to come here.
