Get into a nice relaxing position,

Ensuring you will not be disturbed for the duration of the session.

You're going to get deeply acquainted with the magic of intuition.

Take a nice full deep breath right now,

Filling up your belly like a big balloon,

Feeling your lungs expand in all directions.

Let another deep breath come in fully,

Feeling your body expand.

When you let the air escape,

Support the gentle relaxation cultivating in you.

Another big breath is coming in now,

Let your chest and abdomen rise from the air.

When you let the air escape,

Don't push it out,

Just let your body naturally exhale as much as it wants to.

Good.

Notice how you feel right now as you have consciously put some more oxygen into your body.

Are you relaxed?

Are you nice and relaxed now?

Whatever amount of relaxation you feel right now,

Just let it expand and grow.

Follow your breath now by seeing what it wants to do naturally.

Maybe you want to take some more deep breaths,

Or maybe you want to pause and hold your breath to let it slow.

Just do whatever feels right for you.

Good.

Our mind is our imagination.

Our ability to imagine is boundless.

The mind does not have any limits whatsoever.

You can literally use the great power of your creative imagination to experience all kinds of dimensions.

You're about to experience a healing,

A remembering,

And a journey to your deepest riches.

I'm going to count from 10 to 1,

And with each number I say,

You'll float along the timeline of your past,

All the way to your birth,

And making your way back to soul level,

Where you can communicate with your true inner self.

Letting your mind begin to drift back in time.

What were you doing this morning?

Yesterday.

Last month.

See what you were doing last year even.

Looking back along your timeline to the magic of your childhood.

Let your senses come alive.

You feel that deep sense of euphoria you had as a child.

Drifting through your childhood now.

See the places you lived during these times.

Allow feelings of joy to rise in you.

Your sense of hearing is coming alive in these memories.

Noticing sounds from your childhood.

Loved ones' voices.

Allowing them to bring you deep happiness and joy.

See the people caring for you.

See your friends.

Observe any colors you may notice from this time.

Feel yourself smiling in this sense of nostalgia.

Experience the best times from your childhood.

Did you love and enjoy during these days as a child?

Can you perhaps notice any smells you remember from this time?

Your childhood is full of inner knowing that you're accessing right now.

Feel the deep level of magic you hold as a child.

You can return to this childhood magic at any time during your adult life.

Now deeply anchor this sensory euphoria and joy by allowing your heart to open more than it ever has.

Any time you wish to return to the magic of your childhood to use it in the creation of your dreams and aspirations,

Simply say to yourself,

Stop,

And you'll return to this place of manifesting power.

And down to zero.

Now you're passing through,

Back into the spiritual dimension with your heart wide open.

This is the place of unlimited awareness.

Here you remember who you really are and the wisdom you came with as a child.

Just observe whatever you're experiencing right now,

Lest I'm quiet just for a moment.

You sense a presence that is pure and beautiful.

It is the most intelligent presence you've ever felt.

You are within the safety of the divine feminine,

The energy of alchemy and of transformation.

This divine feminine energy takes anything that holds you back and transforms it into fuel for your life and creations.

Experience the divine cleansing your energy,

Making it pure,

Turning it into solid gold.

Allow for a moment of stillness to be cleansed by the divine feminine.

Good,

Now you will experience the safety in the divine masculine.

This masculine energy always provides for you.

All of your dreams and desires are always available when sought through your intuition.

So bring up some thoughts you've been having recently.

See them appear with all the sounds and speech from others around you.

Let some more thoughts come in now.

What are they about?

How many of your thoughts are about things or situations you cannot change?

How many of your thoughts are relevant to your current life right now?

Do you know that feeling you get when you have clarity in your mind?

Things no longer bother you and you know exactly how something should happen.

Life flows easily when you focus on things you need to and don't give too much attention spent thinking about things that you do not need to.

So become aware now of some thoughts about your current life that give you purpose.

Things that have true relevance in your experience right now.

Feel your thoughts building intuition right now by listening to the thoughts that are necessary.

Allow the power of the divine masculine to guide you.

When you begin the practice of giving distance between your reaction and the sensory information around you,

It gives you time to find out how you really feel.

This simply means waiting before reacting emotionally for about 8 to 10 seconds give or take to give your mind and body time to decipher how you really feel.

Begin to sort out your thoughts right now.

As each thought presents itself,

Ask the question,

Is there relevance of this thought and do I need it to manifest my greatest desires?

Or is this something unhelpful that I cannot change?

Allow thoughts to come in.

If a worry presents itself,

It may seem very real in the moment,

But give yourself 10 seconds to identify it and determine if it's helpful in your life or maybe not so much.

Continue sorting through the thoughts now.

When you label each thought as helpful or not,

By doing this,

You're digging out your intuition from the depths of your subconscious mind.

And continue this process of evaluating your thoughts,

Seeing their relevance to your life.

Feel your intuition guide you during this process.

It knows exactly which thoughts drag you down and which of those push you towards true joy,

Purpose and happiness.

Now hear yourself saying,

My intuition is strong.

I am guided when I allow a few seconds for my intuition to evaluate my thoughts.

One comes naturally for me.

I train my intuition just like I would a muscle.

I clearly see which thoughts are needed and which are not.

Good.

Now let's repeat them one more time.

Your heart is now wide open and here you were needed.

Welcome to the dimension we call Earth.

You chose to come here when you came here.

You chose to whom you came.

All of your experiences,

Your happiness as well as your suffering is your power and your source of all of your abilities.

You now deeply understand that the riches that we already have inside of us are simply waiting to be remembered and set free.

There is a deep level of this phenomena that you hold.

It simply takes learning how to use your intuition again.
