Welcome to this confidence boost meditation.
We'll begin our practice today by finding yourself a comfortable place to be.
Whether that be sitting on a cushion,
In a chair,
Or lying down.
Taking this moment to find the place that feels best for your body and for you.
And just taking this moment to allow yourself to make any adjustments to your body to allow yourself to feel comfortable in this stillness.
And so we'll begin our practice today by starting to cultivate our breath.
Connecting to the body,
Connecting to the breath.
And so we'll be focusing on some confidence affirmations to allow ourselves to connect to that positive self-talk.
And rid ourselves of the negative self-talk we often speak about ourselves.
And so before we start,
We'll just start to connect to the mind for a moment,
Noticing if your mind feels clear or cluttered.
If you notice any negative thoughts coming into your mind,
Trying to imagine through our exhale we can breathe out all the things that no longer serve us.
And so we're going to come into our three affirmations.
And so for each affirmation we're going to repeat these affirmations to ourselves silently.
And we'll be breathing three breaths for each affirmation.
And so our first affirmation,
I am confident and strong.
So breathing in,
Repeating this affirmation,
I am confident and strong.
And exhaling.
We'll repeat this two more times,
Breathing in,
I am confident and strong.
Exhaling.
And one more time,
Breathing in,
I am confident and strong.
And exhale.
And so coming to our second affirmation,
As we breathe in,
I am becoming more confident each day.
And exhale.
Breathing in,
I am becoming more confident each day.
Exhale.
One more time,
I am becoming more confident each day.
And exhale.
So coming to our third and final affirmation for this practice.
On our next inhale,
Breathing in,
I love and respect myself.
And exhale.
Breathing in again,
I love and respect myself.
Breathing in and out.
One more time,
Breathing in,
I love and respect myself.
And exhale.
And so just coming back to our bodies and our minds,
Noticing how we're feeling after repeating those affirmations and connecting to the breath.
When you think of our three affirmations,
Just noticing if your mind starts to go back to that negative self-talk.
And just knowing you have your exhales to imagine as if we can let go of all the things that no longer serve us.
Inhaling the feelings of being confident,
Strong,
And respectful to ourselves.
So knowing we have these affirmations to take with us throughout our day to remind ourselves that we are worthy,
That we are confident,
That we are strong.
And so as we end the near.

So as we near the end of this confidence boost practice,
Just reminding yourself that you have this confidence boost to take with you throughout your day.
Repeating these affirmations as much as you need to,
To feel confident.
Sending you love and light.
And just know that you are imperfectly perfect,
Just the way you are in this moment.
