Hello and welcome to our community meditation space.

My name is Viviane Girard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation for the full moon in Capricorn.

As we begin,

Perhaps visualize yourself taking a seat in a virtual living room right by my side,

Knowing that we are going to create an energy transmission together within community that guides us deeper into a harmony of mind,

Body and soul.

Working with the current astrology happening on our planet,

We use breath as a tool,

A resource to guide our energy deeper into our body.

And so you will hear yawns and sighs,

Receive them as cues to deepen into yourself and release,

Move the energy out your feet and into the earth.

Let us close our eyes and notice where you have landed for this meditation time.

Perhaps it is a familiar place.

It's the same meditation cushion you normally land on or the same chair,

The same location.

Perhaps you are somewhere new.

Bring your attention,

Your awareness to this moment and this place,

This body.

How do you do that?

You invite your awareness to come into your human form from anywhere else you are besides here.

So if you are tracking tasks,

Projects,

Assignments,

People,

Places,

Things that need to be done,

Call your awareness,

Your attention into you,

Into this moment.

It's pulling threads so that you can have more and more of you here in this specific experience.

We have titled it Breakthrough and the breaking through happens inside of yourself.

To do that,

We need to be fully present within ourselves.

So slowly start unraveling from anywhere that your thoughts want to take you.

You'll notice what they are because the thought will come in.

You'll see the person,

You'll see the project,

Whatever it is that wants your attention.

Just gently let the thought go and unwind your energy from that thought and bring your energy,

Your consciousness deeper into you.

An easier way to do that often is to focus on your feet.

So imagine you can see your feet in your mind's eye.

You can see where your feet are connected to the earth.

Strengthen the energy in your feet.

Invite all of your consciousness,

Your awareness to come down through your body and land at your feet,

In your feet.

What happens is we start to fill our body up with more and more of us.

The unique individual soul that is you choosing this human experience.

It's not a forcing yourself to do this.

It's an invitation to bring all of your power,

All of your awareness into this one moment,

Into this one body that is yours,

Uniquely yours.

So you visualize your energy arriving back in you and then guided all the way down through you to your feet.

Use your breath to allow your energy to settle more deeply in your body.

Notice the thoughts as they come in and let them leave and then relax your muscles and allow more and more of you to come all the way down through your body to your feet.

What you may start to realize is how much power we keep in our head,

In our thoughts,

Perhaps in our throat chakra as we speak and talk and listen.

There's so much happening in the upper chakras,

The upper part of our body.

And when you invite your energy to come down through you to your feet,

You create more safety within yourself.

You become more aware,

More present of this moment,

Not the future or the past.

This moment.

So I invite more of you to come all the way down through to your feet.

And as you do that,

Bring your awareness to what's happening inside of your body.

If you feel resistance,

If your muscles feel tense,

Simply focus on relaxing your muscles,

Allowing more space to open inside of your body.

So you can visualize your body just stretching slightly from the inside.

More space in you because you choose to slow down.

You choose to listen to the inside of you.

You may notice that your body is giving you cues.

So perhaps like me,

You may realize you're thirsty or your ears are popping.

It may feel bubbly inside of your body as your energy is realigning,

Shifting,

Moving inside of you.

Bring your awareness all the way down through to your feet and allow your body to start speaking to you,

To show you what it needs to be nourished.

Perhaps you're feeling sleepy.

Relax your muscles and allow yourself to rest fully in this meditation space.

If you fall asleep,

It's okay.

My voice will bring you back at the end.

Perhaps what your body needs is a deep rest.

You may notice that there's an area of your body that feels tight or contracted.

Breathe into that place in your body.

Allow it to unwind,

Unravel from the inside,

Stretching your space.

You may notice that your back is hunched over,

Leaning forward as you're doing this meditation.

Allow yourself to lean back,

To straighten your spine,

To open your shoulders.

When we open our shoulders,

We naturally start to open our heart chakra.

That may feel tight inside of you,

So find a place that feels comfortable,

Stretching a little more than before you started meditating,

But perhaps not too far.

If it feels intense,

You may want to put your hand on your heart and just breathe into your heart space.

When the world is loud and chaotic,

As it is when we go through times of great change,

It can feel unsafe to have our heart open.

It can feel intense to be vulnerable by having our shoulders back and our chest wide for all to feel experience as we walk through life.

Put your hand on your heart and find the place that feels comfortable to you,

But is a little bit more open perhaps than before.

Breathe into your own heart space.

What does that mean?

It means you visualize yourself breathing love into you,

Slowly,

Gently breathing.

It's like the mother and the baby who breathe heart to heart,

Or the baby on the mother's chest,

The whole body of the baby breathing with the heart of the mother.

We can do that for ourselves in any moment.

We can slow down the pace of life and be fully present here with our own breath,

Our own heart,

Our own body.

This is the breakthrough.

It's the awareness that you can shift any moment,

Any situation,

By coming fully into your body,

Into your own awareness and slowing the world down.

Feeling you,

Loving being with you,

Feeling the world around you.

So you use your breath to steady your heartbeat,

To steady your own connection with yourself,

To slow down any thoughts that want to move through,

Just allow them to go,

To release,

To come back into your heart space,

Into your own breathing,

Into your own awareness of what is happening inside of your body.

And then bring your attention again down through your body,

All the way down to your feet.

When we focus on our feet,

We create a suction flow of energy through our body,

A magnetic point for more of our awareness,

Our consciousness,

To come into our body and all the way down through our body to the lowest point that connects us to this planet.

So relax your muscles and allow your shoulders to stay open even as you visualize your feet.

It's a stretching from the inside of ourselves when we can do both.

When we see our feet with our mind's eye,

We allow our energy to flow all the way down through our body to our feet and we keep our shoulders open as wide as is comfortable.

Relax into this stretching experience.

You may feel all kinds of energy moving in your body.

Focus on your feet and invite more of your consciousness,

Your awareness into you.

As you do this,

Imagine you can see a connection point from your feet into the earth underneath wherever you are today.

So perhaps you want to visualize tree roots grounding you from your feet deep down into the earth.

Perhaps it's cords of light that go all the way down through to the core of our planet.

Relax your muscles and allow yourself to feel the support of our planet holding you as you stretch in this way.

If it feels like too much to manage,

Just relax your thoughts,

Relax your body.

Allow the energy to do the work without your mind having to understand all of it.

Here you are in this moment,

My voice guiding you in an experience of being fully inside of you.

Feet planted here on this planet,

All of your awareness arriving into your body,

Perhaps in a way that hasn't been possible for a while or perhaps ever,

Or that is new and uncomfortable a little bit in its newness.

Bring your attention,

Your awareness fully into you here.

This body,

This moment,

This heart chakra,

Yours.

No one else's,

Yours.

For your mind,

As you relax into this experience,

This energy transmission,

For your mind,

I offer a few of the astrology shifts that are happening.

We have five outer planets that have moved into new signs over a seven-month period,

And the last of that shift just happened a few days ago.

With Uranus moving into Gemini,

This is about our communication,

How we use our breath to speak,

What it is that we say,

How we communicate,

Layered on top of all of the outer planets that have been shifting underneath this one.

At the same time,

Some of those outer planets are starting to retrograde.

They are going backwards in a review of what we have been experiencing.

It feels a little like mining for gold.

We are shaking the pan back and forth to see what is going to be the gold that we keep,

And what is going to be the rock that we release,

We let go of.

That back and forth can feel unsteadying,

Which is why the breakthrough is to be in you,

To be so present in your body,

In this moment,

In your heart chakra,

That the shaking of the pan is being done by you,

For you.

It is not being done to you.

It is not the world or astrology making you shake and rattle.

It is you holding all of it in your own hands,

Sifting,

Mining for your gold,

Releasing what doesn't serve you.

So use your breath to be fully here in this moment.

All of this,

Astrologically,

Is going to continue,

And that brings us into the full moon in Capricorn.

More illumination,

Some completions that are going to be structurally based because of Capricorn.

We are creating routines that are going to be disrupted because we are finding a new way,

A better way for ourselves.

This awareness,

This understanding that we are the ones choosing how we shift it comes from inside.

Your body brings more of your power into you,

All the way down through to your feet.

Use your breath.

When ideas,

Beliefs,

Patterns are illuminated,

When blocks are identified within our mind,

Within our body,

We can often feel resistance to making changes that perhaps we know would serve us.

It is more comfortable to stay with what we know,

With what has worked before.

Uranus in Gemini,

The latest of the outer planet shifts,

Is going to bring surprises.

It's going to invite us through unexpected moments of awareness to choose to do differently than we have done before.

When we choose from this knowing inside of ourselves that we are the ones rattling the pan,

Finding the gold,

We choose from an empowered knowing,

From trusting within ourselves that we know the answer because it came from in here.

It feels like a leap of faith.

What if we get it wrong?

What if we didn't hear it right?

What if we're too late,

Too early,

Too much?

What if you're perfect?

You already know.

You're right on time.

You're creating the structure.

You're building the experiences.

You're creating your own breakthrough.

Bring your attention,

Your awareness all the way down through to your feet.

Feel your choice to be here on this planet,

To be here in this body.

Relaxing your muscles.

Stretching again,

So feeling your feet on the floor,

Straightening your spine,

Opening your shoulders.

You may want to put your hand on your heart again,

Soothing your whole system.

When we feel energy moving,

When we are receiving a transmission from our soul through our body,

Our mind doesn't always understand.

It can't always hold on to the thoughts,

The vision,

The picture of what's actually happening in the body.

It's okay.

That is why this is a transmission.

It's a felt experience inside of you.

Your soul bringing you the exact next step,

The exact medicine,

The exact knowing that you came to this meditation for.

It is your breakthrough from inside you.

So relax your muscles.

Breathe into your heart.

Stretch the space inside of you.

Relax your muscles.

And bring your focus again down to your feet.

And when we are grounded in our body and grounded in our awareness that we are having a human experience on this planet,

Everything else around us will start to fall into place.

We won't be waiting for someone else to tell us how or when or why.

We will know.

And it comes from inside of each one of us.

So you relax your body and use your breath to stay grounded inside of you.

Feet planted firmly on the floor,

Hand on your heart,

Back straight,

Shoulders open.

Trust.

Trust your own knowing.

All right.

So feet planted.

Let's start bringing ourselves fully back into this moment's awareness.

You can open your eyes as you do that.

Allow yourself to focus on just one thing.

So I'm looking at the crystal I'm holding in my hand.

Start to wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your feet.

Allow yourself to come fully back.

If you have been resting,

Sleeping,

This is your call back into full presence.

Allow yourself to take in more information of the room around you.

And as you do that,

Harmonize what happens on the inside with what you are creating externally in your environment.

Both are true.

Both are real.

And energy consciousness is what creates our reality.

So allow yourself to weave what happens in your meditation into what you are doing in your daily life.
