This session is all about waking up to the power that lies within your breathing. We will learn how the simplest but most profound breathing technique.

Soft Breath Holds
In this session we learn about the power of holding your breath. Intelligent breath holding is an amazing tool that we can use to improve our physical and mental wellbeing.

Optimal Breathing Patterns
The final lesson in this challenge is all about restoring optimal breathing patterns. We begin to learn how to engage our main breathing muscle the diaphragm and restore healthy breathing.

Thanks! Great info I've enjoyed learning more about the reasons breath is so important to our optimal function. I made notes about the Co2 breathhold section and am wanting to create a daily practice this has been very helpful.
