In this course, students will learn four science backed breathing tools they can use in order to influence different aspects of our lives. We will learn how to optimize our breath to influence our energy, focus, stress relief and sleep. Each technique is very simple but effective. Our breath is the greatest tool we have for self improvement. Students will begin to learn how gaining control of their breath can have huge positive impact in many different areas of their lives.


Meet your Teacher

Jake Gordon is a breathwork coach and facilitator. After having a transformational experience with breathwork where he cured physical symptoms he had for years Jake became passionate about sharing the power of breath with the world. Jake has studied Pranayama and functional breathing extensively and holds classes, workshops and works with clients on a 1-1 basis.

Lesson 1

Increase Energy With Breath

This lesson is all about how we can cultivate our inner energy and fire with our breath. We will be using a simple breathing technique in order to stoke our inner flame. In this session we will touch on how we can hack our nervous system through the breath to create more energy and clarity in the body and mind.

Relief Stress Through Your Breath

In this lesson, we look at how to optimize our breath for stress relief. We look at how stress is an everyday part of our lives but how we process our stress is up to us. During the session we learn more about the nervous system and how we can use our breath to hack and optimize our system in helping us to process stress in a healthy and effective way.

Lesson 3

Sharpen Your Focus Through The Breath

On day three, we look at how the focus is a skill that we can improve. We will learn that we can use our breath in order to cultivate focus and clarity.

Lesson 4

Deepen Your Sleep With Your Breath

In this lesson, we talk about sleep and its vital function for the body. We learn about how we can use our breath to optimize our sleep and achieve deep, rejuvenating, restful sleep. There is a short recap at the end of what we've learned and best practices moving forward.
