Hello and welcome to this deep sleep breathwork experience.
The end of the day is here,
Congratulations,
You have made it through.
Now find yourself either in your bed or sitting in your favourite chair and get ready to prepare yourself for a deep blissful sleep where you will rise feeling refreshed,
Light and energised,
Ready for the day ahead.
We are going to use our breath to down regulate our body and prepare it for this deep and relaxing sleep.
If you haven't already I will now invite you to close down your eyes,
Starting to close yourself out to the outside world and we will begin by taking three cleansing breaths,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
One more time,
Begin to let go of everything that you experienced today,
Whatever you've went through it is finished,
Now is the time for you to rest and recover.
The sequence of breath that we're going to be working with is the four,
Seven,
Eight breaths.
We will be inhaling for four,
Holding for seven and exhaling for eight.
I'm going to count you in for the first few repetitions,
So wherever you are in your breath breathing all the way out and inhaling for four,

Feeling the weight on your shoulders that you've been carrying all day just melt into the ground,
Allowing you to sink deeper and deeper into a state of pure relaxation,
A state where nothing can affect you,
All you can experience is calm,
Calm,
Peace and a deep night's rest,
Staying with the count.
We're halfway through our journey,
Feel the weight of your eyes get heavier and heavier,
The noise in your mind getting quieter and quieter,
Allowing yourself just to let go a little bit more with each exhale,
Allowing your mind just to process the events of the day so you can have a deep,
Blissful night's sleep,
No interruptions,
Waking up in the morning full of energy,
Bright eyed and ready to take on the day,
As we inhale for four,
Hold for seven and exhale for eight,
Feeling the body becoming lighter and lighter with each exhale and as you exhale,
A gentle warmth starts to radiate from your heart,
Working its way through your torso,
Into your arms,
Down your hips,
Through your legs and into your feet,
Gently warming you up from the outside in,
Couple more repetitions here,
So we're inhaling for four,

One and just let go of the control of the breath now and just allow yourself to feel all the sensations that are happening in your body,
You don't need to move,
Simply take your headphones or your earphones out of your ear,
Allow yourself to drift off into the night for a deep blissful sleep.
