Meet your Teacher

Jake was diagnosed with ADHD and since his diagnosis he has been exploring different modalities and tools for healing. The tool that worked for him the most was Breathwork. Since 2021, Jake has became a qualified breath coach and has taught 100s of people how to use the power of their breath as a force of good in their lives.

What Is ADHD?

In this lesson we are focusing on understanding what ADHD is and how ADHD has being blowing up in the mainstream awareness. We discuss some of the traits and symptoms of ADHD and share some information around how a formal diagnosis of ADHD is established.

Many people with ADHD struggle with their sleep. In this session I share a powerful breath practice that you can use in order to improve the quality of your sleep. Sleep is the elixir of life. Poor quality of sleep will only make things worse for your ADHD.

A short and easy to grasp course. The concepts weren't new to me but at the same time the chat about ADHD is interesting as I'm someone who may have it but haven't been diagnosed due to poor NHS waiting times, it means it confirms what I already knew in some ways, meditation and breathe work are really helping me take back control of my life and if I do have traits of ADHD then this will help going forwards.
