COURSE

Headache Relief & The Gall Bladder Meridian

With Helen Hansen

In this course we work on acupressure points, neuro emotional points and neurovascular points to clear head pain physically, mentally and emotionally. In Traditional Chinese Medicine the Gall Bladder meridian is the energy current linked to headaches so we will be discussing this correlation and how to support this system.

Lesson 1

Energy Work For Headache Relief

In this first lesson we treat three powerful zones on the head that help to move stagnant energy in this area. All these areas are on the Gall Bladder meridian, the primary energy pathway linked to headaches. It is beneficial to support your liver when suffering from headaches. Please listen to my course 'Love Your Liver' for further guidance.

A lovely manageable course. I like how simple and useful the exercises and information are and I do feel an effect from them. I have been looking for gentle ways to support my liver as it seems to have damage but cleanses, supplements etc. have been not suitable (adverse reactions). I would say, when having headaches it would be a nice support to have the information printed to not have to listen, maybe consider publishing something in writing somewhere? Until then we can listen in when the headache is not bad and remember the exercises for later use, which is totally manageable.
