This is one of the best courses I have taken. My mind does not stop and intrusive thoughts never quit. The explanation and lessons on how to cope and manage sound obtainable. The teacher ... fantastic. The lecture if you will felt like it was a one on One. I definitely want to see what other courses that are available by you

I think for as a starting spot for managing intrusive thoughts this may be a good course. I have been working on some more advanced CBT and ACT stuff so this seems awful basic to me but there were definitely some great ideas and points in this class and I would recommend it to a beginner or someone that doesn't have particularly stubborn intrusive thoughts.

Thank you very much for this course. It was very helpful and I learned a lot. I have one small critique. Some of the examples given for catastrophising were a little distracting, and for someone listening to the course who was already activated in fear, I suggest choosing some examples that are more benign and less emotionally charged. The example of divorce that was used and drawn out quite extensively during the description of eho and intuition made it hard for me to learn. As someone who has experienced divorce, I would have preferred a less emotionally charged example to learn that key concept. That’s my only critique tho, it was a really great and helpful course. Thank you!!

Really excellent course. I even had a laugh at the end about the importance of practicing … I showed and trained dogs and when I was teaching others how to train their own dogs I would remind them of the 3 P’s… Practice, Patience, and Praise! Now I know to apply this to myself! Many thanks! 🙏

Highly recommend this course if you struggle with intrusive thoughts. It’s concise but packs a lot of info to help you understand what’s going on in your brain, and includes great practices each day, too. Dr Tracy is knowledgeable on the subject and speaks in a way like she understands firsthand what it’s like going through this (I felt so seen!). It really unlocked some key insights into my thoughts and reactions that I will take with me for years to come. I can also see myself revisiting the course again in the future, too. Very thankful for this course!

Excellent course which can be appreciated and utilized by all especially for us ‘high strung’, overthinkers. Her corse resinated with me especially being an adult with an attention deficit disorder. This is a really good course for getting into understanding the ego. For me it helped to clarify which of my thoughts were my intuition which were my ego and how those affect my life. The 3 minute exercise in the last lesson was especially helpful for making it more clear how difficult that can be but also how much of my thoughts could be of worry. And by focusing on one thing I was able to better tune into the present I think now I'm going to be able to meditate better as a result of this. This course is effective !

Amazing! Probably this word would feel short of an experience that would best describe I had when I completed this course. This course is such a beautiful one with humour that incorporates various stop thinking psychological practices or philosophy involving ego and intuition. Traci, please please extend your course to min 10 modules. At least I ( if not other members) want to hear more from you.
