Thank you Traci....I've suffered on and off for 15 years... the first episode I was very vulnerable, but I got through it teaching myself some strategies to come and live with it and giving it space as and when...done pretty good until now....I did manage to stop myself falling into the deepest of darkness and coaxing myself along day to day with your help, each getting a little better and positive...thank you again for your course and your sweetness 🙏 John
