What is it that you need? What is it that you want? We must put our intentions out to the universe to make them known. This practice will help you set your intentions for greater success.

Transcript

Settle in and make yourself comfortable.

Start intentionally breathing slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Fill your body with oxygen.

Do this a few more times and imagine your breath is bringing in new positive energy and filling your body with life.

When you're ready,

Breathe normally.

What intention do you wish to set right now?

See this intention happening.

Imagine that it's real.

What do you need to do to make this happen?

Are you willing to do whatever it takes?

I want you to make a commitment to yourself,

Your higher power,

And your spirit guides to make this happen.

Say,

This is going to happen.

I will work hard.

I will sacrifice.

I will maintain my focus.

I will maintain my faith.

I will push myself.

This is happening.

Take a deep breath in.

Breathe in that motivation and positivity.

And when you're ready,

Exhale out.

Gently place your hand on your heart and say,

Thank you for all you do for me.

I'm ready to take this journey together.
