The White Wolf can be a spiritual guide for healers and empaths, as wolves are also healers. They know how to transfer energy and release it safely into the Earth and the White Wolf is the most powerful of all wolves. Healers and empaths take on lots of different energies that need to be released for their own health and to continue healing. Use this meditation when you need to release any negative energy that may have attached itself to you. Thank you for all you do!

Hello,

This is Dr.

Tracey Moreno.

Thank you for joining me.

Go ahead and begin by sitting or laying comfortably and begin your breath work and relax your body.

Your presence here must mean that you,

Like me,

Are an empath or a healer,

But someone who can feel the energy of others.

We often use our own energies,

Either intentionally or unintentionally,

To heal others.

Know that you are a beautiful gift to the world.

Although with this gift comes a great sacrifice,

We take on the emotional and physical pain of the very people we heal by taking in their negative and distressed energies without knowing how to safely release them into the universe without it affecting us.

The wolf is a master at this.

The white wolf is the most deeply spiritual and knowledgeable of all wolves.

This meditation is designed to use the way of the white wolf by grounding ourselves and releasing into the earth any negative energies or low frequencies that have attached themselves to us.

Freeing ourselves from these energies allows us to continue our path of healing.

So take a big,

Intentional deep breath in and strongly and loudly let it out.

Try this a few more times and set an intention of being strong and powerful and confident.

Now relax your breath and breathe normally.

And without attaching to the energies and feeling it,

I want you to think of the energies you've recently come into contact with.

These energies can be from people,

Places,

Or situations,

Anything really.

And without feeling it,

Just think about how these energies may have affected you.

It could be emotionally,

Spiritually,

Physically.

Imagine you are walking through a forest.

You are not scared.

You do not feel alone.

In fact,

You feel very peaceful.

This is a safe place for you.

A place that is familiar and comfortable.

As you slowly walk along the clear dirt path,

You look up above at the leaves of the trees,

Shuffling in the light breeze of the wind and the little glimmers of sunlight piercing between the leaves.

The reflection of the sun flickering off the leaves looks like glitter.

You can smell the clean,

Fresh air and feel the breeze contrast to the warmth of the sun on your skin.

You can hear the birds singing to the rhythm of the leaves.

A feeling of peace overwhelms your senses as you know that this is exactly where you need to be.

You feel a presence of spirit,

Of a higher power and know that you are not alone.

Without hesitation or fear,

You welcome that spirit.

You welcome it to join you and take this journey with you.

Once beside you,

You recognize that spirit as a white wolf.

The wolf is gentle and calm and you appreciate its company.

It's white and radiant and the fur is glistening in the sunlight just like the leaves of the tree.

Her eyes are loving and compassionate.

She understands what you've been carrying with you.

She begins walking a few steps ahead of you as you instinctively follow.

She is your guide.

The white wolf leads you off the path and deeper into the forest.

You trust her and follow.

Now she looks to you to take the lead and guide her to a spot nearby that calls to you.

Look around and find a place to sit and she will follow you.

The two of you sit together.

The spot you chose is comforting and calming.

The wolf gently lays its head in your lap and you close your eyes to take in this magical experience.

You settle in a little bit more and lie down on the dirt floor,

Allowing the earth to support you in every way.

Your breath sinks with the breath of the white wolf.

Your energies connect.

You are now at one with the wolf.

You begin to feel confident.

You feel her strength and power.

You are also at one with the universe and connected to a higher power.

Take your hands and rub them gently across the dirt.

The dirt makes you feel like you're part of something bigger in the universe.

Begin to take on roots like the trees.

Find your physical body into the earth as if you are one entity.

Feel how solid and unwavering you become.

Feel the stability and security and the support.

It's time to release the negative energies.

The earth is now allowing you to let it go and give it to them.

Now recall the negative energies that you've come into contact with and imagine each one flowing through your mind,

Your spirit,

And through your physical body,

And flowing through your roots,

The roots that are now planted deep within the earth and out of your body into the earth.

Feel these energies leaving you.

Feel the relief of it.

Keep releasing.

Keep going until it's all been released from your body.

You feel renewed,

Vibrant,

And energetic.

You thank the earth and the universe.

You take back your roots and sit back up.

You thank the earth and the universe.

You take back your roots and sit back up.

You thank the wolf for sharing her spirit and her knowledge.

As she walks away and disappears into the forest,

You hope that you will see her again.

Then you remember that you can call on the white wolf and she'll be there anytime you need her.

As the white wolf is inside of you.

With this renewed faith and protection,

You find your way back out of the forest and ready to get back on your path of healing.

When you're ready,

You can begin to wiggle your fingers and toes and come back to the present moment.
