Picture in your mind who you want to send healing energy to.
Picture them at a time they were healthy and happy.
Ask yourself and your higher power to allow you to have the power to heal your loved one.
Ask for protection as you send healing energy and imagine yourself surrounded by brilliant white glowing light.
Feel its comfort and protection.
Now picture your loved one again.
Tell them what type of energy you're sending them and how you want to help them.
For example,
You can say in your mind,
Dad,
I'm sending you energy to heal your heart.
The surgery will heal you and you'll recover quickly and be healthy.
Now say your intentions.
Surround your loved one with red light to heal their root chakra.
Ground them to earth so they are safe and secure.
Now surround your loved one with orange light to heal their sacral chakra.
Stabilizing their emotions,
Making them content,
Happy and at peace.
Freeing them from negative emotions.
Surround them with yellow light for their solar plexus chakra.
Allow them to take back their own personal power.
Give them a clear mind.
Now change the color to green.
Heal their heart chakra and surround them with your love.
Now imagine them surrounded with blue for the throat chakra.
Give them the ability to communicate well,
To communicate their wants and needs.
Surround them now with indigo or purple light to heal their third eye chakra.
Send your loved one the ability to trust and follow their intuition.
Change the color to violet,
White light that will connect your loved one to the higher power and help them grow spiritually.
Picture them healed in body,
Mind and spirit.
When you're ready,
Thank your higher self and your higher power for allowing them to work through you.
