Being Present & Calm Through Change - A Zen & TCM Approach

With Helen Hansen

Constructive change, from a Zen perspective, is about alignment - it is the willingness to let old forms dissolve so that new forms may emerge. In this course we use awareness, wisdom and energy body tools, including meditation, to assist us to keep returning to centre. In this way, while the winds of change may blow around us, we remain calm, grounded and in presence.

By working directly with the body’s subtle currents, the inner systems stabilize, creating resilience and steadiness in the midst of change.
