I truly enjoyed the course. I liked the meditations that were included, and I liked hearing about ways I can change my mindset.

I cried gentle tears for the child who didn't deserve this. I went back and observed from my current state. Next time I'll go back and give her her own cloak

I’m going to be 75 in February 2026 and every day is a good day. Thank you for this. I’m glad that someone in this culinary recognizes that we aren’t all 30….

OMG! THANK YOU SO MUCH for this! Lately I’ve been feeling so depressed about getting older. I just turned 61, and have had a mild TBI since I was 19 in 1984, and it was just becoming known at the time. Having a mild brain injury is the most difficult kind to live with, because you are aware of how much you’ve lost. I’ve always been able to look at it in two ways: proud to be old because of all the wisdom I’ve gained, but sad to be old because of physically how much I have lost and how “behind” I feel in a world that is changing faster than the speed of light! This meditation will help me be able to concentrate more on living in the present with the proud part, without worrying so much about the past that I can do nothing to change.
