This light reflective meditation offers reminders of how we might find and appreciate joy in our every day life. Joy can be found in the tiniest moments, even when we are not at our best. To open ourselves to be joyful, even fleetingly, is an attitude and a practice. Here you will hear several affirmations to open your heart to joy on a regular basis.
