This practice is deeply meditative and relaxing, whether you want to experience a restoration or to fall asleep. It is my version of a process created by Betty Erickson and is highly beneficial for when you are in bed. You will experience the meditative process in its entirety, and I would encourage you to experience it three or four times so that it becomes a practice that you can engage in at any time, middle of the day, at bedtime, or middle of the night. It is soporific, so please make sure that you are in a still place when listening, and avoid driving or operating machinery. Music by Chris Collins
