COURSE
With Jan Russell
This course is for anyone who wishes to create sustainable change, whether in habit, in attitude, contentment, or levels of success. It achieves many outcomes, providing a map leading to various outcomes. You can learn to understand yourself at different levels and gain insight into why you might respond to situations and processes in particular ways. Many people who have made changes in life, or to learn new ways, find it sometimes easy and sometimes not so easy. In the framework offered in this course, you might begin to see how making change at one level may require change at another level. For example, to change a behavior, we might need to change our belief in ourselves. The model is a powerful tool for change. My particular version of this mind map is an adaptation of the pyramid of neurological change which I first learned from Robert Dilts. The map may be used with great effectiveness to make small changes in attention and intention, which yield significant results and support. This is one of my favorite tools to support personal transformation. By the end of the course, you will have a clear understanding of the levels involved. The course uses a mix of tutor input, exercises, and guided mindful practice. Some tracks have music behind them, and I choose and would like to acknowledge the very talented Chris Collins whose work I favor. Please do comment in the course classroom, I am always interested to know how you get on with the course and will answer any queries. All are very welcome.
