This course is very much about taking charge of your attitude to your own ageing process. While we all get older, we can influence the way that we age - the how. We know that affirmations are a powerful means to carve neurological pathways, helping embed the thoughts and beliefs that you would like to have. Many women feel apprehensive about ageing, and the intention here is to remember that all days are valuable, and within those days, you are valuable, that you can move forward with optimism and a sense of emotional freedom. The course comprises an overview Introduction and follows with five sessions of affirmations, each less than 10 minutes.
