This course is for anybody. If we are fortunate, we are always ageing, yet sometimes this reality brings apprehensions and uncertainty. The objectives of this course are to support you to address any such apprehensions, and to provide you with tools and approaches which enable clear and positive thinking, firing your imagination to create the best older self that you can. The course draws on evidence based research and mindful practices, and is practical, spiritual and creative, using the power of the waking dream to influence outcomes and support holistic health. You can expect to go away with a greater understanding of how imaging and deep thinking influence outcomes: a consideration of how to challenge myths and social messages around ageing; methods to take agency along your journey into your future self; an understanding of how you can create and affirm the dream of the self you desire to meet in your future.
