To affirm and appreciate the experience of aging with grace.
I invite you to be comfortable and grounded as you grant yourself this few moments to affirm your intention and your ability to age with grace and all that that means.
Affirmations are simply thoughts and thoughts can and will change your beliefs and your state of mind,
So choose them with care.
As ever,
I suggest that you say each affirmation after me,
Shouting them from the bottom of your heart or uttering them gently to yourself,
Whichever works for you.
I welcome my process of aging.
I accept this day in my life.
I take responsibility for showing up and the quality of my presence.
I deserve to be content.
I believe that in the space between an experience and my response,
I have a choice.
I can adapt to the changes that I need to.
I am flexible in my attitude.
I am certain in my values.
My capabilities are changing and I can bend with their wind.
I can relax when I want to and rest when I need to.
Every day above ground is a day to treasure.
I can nourish my body with pleasure.
I can remain curious about the world and new possibilities.
It's never too late to learn.
Each minute of my life is just as long as each minute ever was.
I can choose to show up as my best self.
I'm the author of my next chapter.
It's OK for me to take up space.
There's always something wondrous yet to know.
I'm compassionate to myself and others.
I am who I am and for that I'm grateful.
