Hello and welcome to this practice on abundance just for today.
So just take a moment to settle into a posture and a breathing pattern that works for you,
Aligning yourself with the ability to receive and to give in the true spirit of abundance.
And then we will make just a few short affirmations to support our abundance just for today.
Just for today,
My intention is to have an open heart,
A spirit of receiving and a spirit of giving.
Just for today,
I believe that I am worthy.
Just for today,
I will recognize and share in some small way the abundance which I have chosen,
Created and attracted in my physical world.
Just for today,
I will seek out the abundance of the natural world.
Just for today,
I will focus on the abundance of wisdom which I have grown within me,
My learnings,
My experiences,
My understandings.
Just for today,
I will seek my joy,
My bliss.
Just for today,
I celebrate the abundance of the comforts in my life and accept and share their gift.
Just for today,
I will recognize and share the abundance of love which is available to me,
Allowing myself to be loved and to give love to myself and others in whichever form that may take.
Just for today,
I will recognize that there is an abundance of humor within me and not always taking myself too seriously.
Just for today,
I will focus on noticing the areas of my health in which I am rich and give thanks and attention.
Just for today,
I will recognize that there is an abundance of fun to be had.
And just for today,
I will create abundance with gratitude for all that I have,
All that I am,
All that I might receive and all that I might give to others.
