Lezione 1
Stretching The Water Element Of Bladder & Kidney Meridians
Join me on your mat or on your chair as we bring harmony to the bladder and kidney meridians. We will stretch the tibials and psoas muscles to strengthen the core and release tension. In the integration we will balance the related brain hemispheres connected to these systems.
Lezione 2
Stretching The Wood Element Of Gall Bladder & Liver Meridians
In the first half of this stretch session we gently stretch the face and jaw. Then we massage the liver and gall bladder organs through twisting, squeezing and stretching. We close with breathing in the antidote to stress into all the cells of the body.
Lezione 3
Stretching The Fire Element Of Small Intestine & Heart Meridians
In this stretch session we start with a cardio warm up as cardio is necessary for a healthy heart and digestion.
Then we tonify the quad muscles connected to the small intestine meridian system as well as the subscapularis muscles linked to the heart meridian system.
Lezione 4
Stretching The Earth Element Of Stomach & Spleen Meridians
Sitting on your haunches on a daily basis works wonders for the stomach organ as does the cat-cow position and full body stretches. Similarly, side stretching gently massages the spleen and activates the related meridian.
Lezione 5
Stretching The Metal Element Of Large Intestine & Lung Meridians
Fascia release along with daily deep breathing keeps the lung and large intestine meridian systems functioning optimally. In this lesson we also use arm exercises to strengthen the middle deltoid muscles.
