Sound Bath Solar Plexus + Rain

This sound bath uses a frosted, crystal sound bowl E (440 tuning) with rain as a backdrop. The tone of E corresponds to the solar plexus (manipura) chakra. Invitation to visualize a glowing yellow sphere emanating from your spinal column at the level of your belly button.
