Caitlin uses her background as a musician and yoga practitioner to provide soulful offerings including sound bath, cello meditation/improvisation, and gentle trauma informed yoga. Caitlin believes in yoga as a tool for collective liberation. Originally drawn to yoga to improve health and fitness, Caitlin discovered yoga benefits EVERY aspect of life. Learning to use the breath to relax the body, calm the mind, and connect with one's inner-self creates space for complete life transformation. Caitlin credits her yoga practice for instilling presence of mind-body which has allowed her to make difficult life decisions while maintaining a sense of self.
