Sound Bath Root + Rain

This sound bath uses a frosted, crystal bowl in the tone C (440 tuning) with rain as a backdrop. The tone of C corresponds to the root chakra (mooladhara). Invitation to visualize a glowing red sphere emanating from the pelvic floor, near the base of the spine.
