The Art Of Presence: Empathic Listening
In this first session, I'll describe what Needs are in NVC (Nonviolent Communication). In NVC, or Mindful Communication, Needs are what relates us as humans. I'll also share a nuggetor 2 about how to practice listening from attuned presence.

Empathy For Our Inner Critic
Do you have that critical voice in your head too, that judges you, gives analyses, and evaluations, and basically is your complaining inner companion? In this session, we start befriending this misunderstood voice by listening for the beautiful Needs it wants to point us to.

Clarity Concerning Conflicts
Conflicts can be mere scheduling conflicts in our calendars, and they can be global catastrophes. But one thing they all have in common, and that is the way out of them, from the lens of Mindful Communication.

Seeing Shame
Once you recognize shame, you see it everywhere. In this fully-packed session I share all I know about shame, its evolutionary roots, our common reactivity towards it, and the core needs that we find at its--in our--heart.

Going Beyond Enemy Images
I believe that deep down, we all love each other. I do. So why do our minds then create enemy images? The answer to NVC: because our needs are not being met. In this session, I explain the workings of enemy images and the way out of them, which you may have guessed: through connecting with our needs.

Giving Amazing Non-Compliments
When I give someone a compliment, notice what happens: I am actually positively judging this person. NVC asks the question: does this form of appreciation truly serve its supposed purpose? Marshall Rosenberg had a clear answer to this, and in this session, I'll explain why I agree with him 100%.

The Magic Of Self-Connection
In this last session, I invite you to practice self-connection by sensing your needs. And also, to see the humanity in others--beyond their labels, beyond what we might think they (don't) deserve.
I hope you enjoyed these 7 days of NVC inspiration, and please ask me any questions, as I know I put a lot of information in the short sessions. I would really love to be complete and clear in what I shared.
Have a beautiful day!
