Good morning!

Welcome to this short practice to set an intention for the day.

Now first settle into your meditation posture.

Just feel into your body for a moment without going for the autopilot and just sense where you can get a little bit more comfortable so that you can relax a little bit more.

Allow your breathing to become a bit more expansive.

Maybe you can inhale a little bit longer and when you exhale just release your shoulders,

Release your face and really sink down grounding.

Enjoy your breathing here.

And then what I invite you to do in a moment is to ask yourself a question in a way that you would throw a coin into a wishing well.

So just let the question of what is my intention sink down to your depth without fishing for an answer but just wait after you have asked a question.

Wait until a bubble comes up with a message from the deep.

So now go ahead and in your own way ask that question of what do I want to attract or manifest or be open for today.

And then I'm going to be silent for a while.

Go ahead.

So if you notice yourself trying to create an answer just let go.

We're just allowing for the answer to rise up from our own source and then we're going to sit in a receptive mode for a few more cycles of breath.

And maybe by now you have a clear idea of what your intention is and maybe not,

Both is fine.

I'll give you one more tool to find a way for your day and that is to imagine yourself seeing yourself as an organism without a story but just as a being.

And then look at that being that you are but from the outside with the perspective of somebody who deeply,

Deeply cares about this being.

And then notice if anything pops up in the realm of needs.

What might this organism need?

And then combining these two,

So you have some sense of what you want to manifest or be open for today and maybe not,

Both is fine.

I'll give you one more tool to find a way for your day and that is to imagine yourself as an organism without a story but just as a being.

And then combining these two,

So you have some sense of what you might need today and you might have gotten some sense of your intention and if you didn't get any clarity yet then have trust that the question is there inside of you and your own wellspring will come with guidance for you today.

And so either you can have an intention of being open to that guidance or you can take the intention that you already received and the needs that you became aware of and then formulate for yourself an intention for today.

So I'll give you now a moment to do that.

You could sort of intentionally speak it for yourself either in your head or or whispering for instance,

So go ahead.

And then this is the end of the meditation.
