Are you feeling a sense of being lost? Confused? Disconnected? Here is a guided meditation to help you re-anchor your body, in your senses, with your breath, and with gravity. I added a Solfeggio frequency--thanks to Healing Meditation Music--which is said to activate our root chakra. In any case, I found it a pleasant sound. I also heartily recommend, if it's available to you, to go out on a walk in some nature or park, move your body. And know you are not alone.
