I invite you to make yourself super duper comfortable and take a long deep full inhalation and exhalation. Do that two or three times and allow your body to completely relax at the end and through the entire exhalation. Just naturally allowing any tension to leave the body. You can imagine tension as a frozen water that is melting and running back into the earth with gravity. So, As you melt into deeper and deeper relaxation, I invite you to simply let the nature sounds take you away to deep relaxing sleep. Have a beautiful night.

I really like this for my fragmented sleep and my dog also seems to enjoy it.

The length of this meditation was so helpful to my sleep disturbances. I wake up off & on and would just smile back to sleep hearing it still there each time I roused. The suggestions about rain washing away tension helped me initially fall asleep. I will be listening to this again tonight.
