Let's take a long,

Deep,

Full,

Pleasant inhalation.

And then relaxation on the exhale.

Your face,

Your arms,

Your body,

Your legs.

Complete relaxation.

And then just breathe normally for a few cycles.

On the next inhalation I invite you to bring complete acceptance of whatever's happening for you today,

Including in this moment.

Go ahead.

And on the last breath here,

I invite you to have a simple gratitude for doing this practice.
