Jake is a Breath work facilitator based in Glasgow Scotland. Jake has experienced a wide range of physical, mental and spiritual benefits since practicing breath work. The benefits have breathwork have fundamentally shifted his life and allowed him to have a clearer mind, deeper relationships with self and others as well as bringing some peace to his day to day existence. He has become extremely passionate about sharing this knowledge and practices with as many people as he can. He has trained as a respiratory coach and has extensively studied eastern pranayama techniques. Jakes belief is that the breath is the single most important tool we have for physical, mental and spiritual healing. He has seen this healing first hand through curing chronic hay fever, asthma as well as using breath work as a tool to help him manage his ADHD diagnosis.
