Beginning Your Sleep Recovery
Rather than opting for medications to help us go to sleep and stay asleep, let’s explore what Yoga Nidra has to offer us. Through persistence and regular daily inclusion in our routines, we can create new patterns beneficial to us in many aspects.
Lektion 2
The Architecture Of Sleep
In this lesson we will be looking at the architecture of sleep and noting how healthy sleep follows a precise blueprint that we can tap into with Yoga Nidra practices to restore balance. What we are doing in retraining ourselves is establishing new neural pathways that we can opt in to by choice…instead of falling in to old ways that only lead to more insomnia.

Pattern Interrupt
In this lesson we will consider more deeply what the path to restorative rest consists of, so that we can become more familiar with it. In effect we are constructing a bridge between theory and practice to restore natural sleep patterns in a knowledgeable manner…moving from just talking about it to actually walking the walk.

Sowing The Seeds Of Change
In this last installment we will be looking at some of the recent research regarding Yoga Nidra and how this ancient practice is finding traction with therapists and psychologists looking to provide their clients with tools that improve overall well-being in a holistic manner.
