He has been associated with lifelines in New Zealand and Japan, has worked as a counselor in a clinic setting and currently offers counseling services online to an international client base. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches mental health challenges clients can face from a holistic perspective and develops psychological flexibility leading to recovery.
