You will learn a few easy to use techniques for improving your personal mind-body connection and the best part is you can use these protocols anytime, anywhere, even when you are on the go. A balanced mind-body connection will help with sleep, keeping calm, reducing stress and it will benefit your immune system, overall health and wellbeing.
Helen Hansen is a Kinesiologist specializing in holistic mind-body wellness for more than 20 years. During her time in practice treating more than 5000 people, Helen noted the most successful techniques for improving the mind-body connection. Helen's notes and best mind-body practices are shared in this course.

Understanding The Mind-Body Connection
In this lesson, we will discuss the different types of practices that improve and maintain a mind-body connection and we will consider why certain techniques are more effective than others. What will happen when you support your communication highway between your physical and mental systems? How does the mind impact physiology and how does the body affect the brain and neurological imprints? These and other questions will be answered.

Mind-Body Connection Techniques
You will be guided through four different neurovascular positions. Each position stimulates, tones, calms, and energizes specific brain hemispheres as well as related organs, muscles, and meridians. These techniques can be used anytime, anywhere even when you are on the go. A simple, effective, powerful mind-body connection protocol.
