In this lesson I am going to tell you about my very own pain story with all my trials and tribulations. We are then going to learn from my pain story and the particular reactions I had to pain. You will then write down how you react to your pain. I hope you enjoy this lesson and learn from it.

Meditation- Into the Mind
In this lesson we are going to be going into the mind. We are going to discuss our mind, thoughts and our belief systems. We are also going to do a meditation for your thoughts that will help you to deal with your pain. Enjoy this lesson as you begin your journey within.

Meditation - Into the Emotions
In this lesson we discuss our emotions and our common reactions to them. A meditation for delving into our emotions and dealing with them in a safe way is also involved. This builds up our fundamental skills for dealing with our physical pain. Enjoy this lesson.
Lektion 5
Meditation- Opening Up
In this lesson we are going to discuss open awareness. A meditation technique that will allow us to delve deep into our pain in a compassionate and introspective manner. I hope you enjoy this lesson and learn lots.
Lektion 6
Into Your Pain- Taking Responsibility
In this lesson we are going to take responsibility for our pain. We will be discussing why taking responsibility is a great option for the long term healing of your own individual pain. A meditation at the end will aid us in this process. Enjoy this lesson.
Lektion 7
Into Your Pain- Emotional Entanglement
In this lesson we are going to discuss how our emotions are a lot more involved with our thoughts and physical pain than we might think. We will also do a meditation on our emotions, diving into them and connecting with them in an accepting manner.
Lektion 8
Into Your Pain- Balance
This lesson is all about balance. A very important aspect of our pain and our life in general. We talk about balance within the body and around our pain. We also do a guided meditation on balance that will allow us to dive deep into our pain in a balanced and safe manner.
Lektion 9
Into Your Pain- True Acceptance
This lesson will talk about the acceptance of your physical pain. This is an important lesson in order to come that one step closer to being a pain master. There will also be a guided meditation on acceptance of your physical pain that will help you go deeper and heal.
Lektion 10
Pain Master
In this final lesson of the course we are going to do a longer meditation on truly accepting your pain. This meditation brings in all different elements, the mind, body and spirit. There will then be a final ending to this course as we part ways on this journey to become a pain master.
