Welcome to this short meditation for loving oneself,
Gently bringing yourself inwards now,
Allowing yourself to be here.
Not worrying about work,
Careers or outside life,
There's nothing you can do wrong when you're participating in this meditation,
Just taking some time to love yourself.
Focus your awareness on your heart now,
Touching it if you wish,
Feeling whatever comes up in this moment,
Whether comfort or discomfort,
It's okay,
Breaking down the barriers and being intimate with yourself can be challenging,
It may not be always comfortable,
It's okay if it's painful,
It's the body's way of expression.
Then I'm going to count up from 1 to 10,
When we hit 10 you will feel maximum love for yourself,
Focusing on your heart as I count up,

2,
Energy building now,
3,
4,
Loving other people in your life,
5,
6,
Loving your physical body,
Your face,
Eyes,
Mouth,
Legs,
Touch them if you will,
All feelings are accepted,
7,
8,
Loving your personality,
Embracing it,
9,
Loving your soul,
The deep aspect beyond the mind,
10,
Complete love for everything you are and everything you will ever be,
From this the energy of love has built up in your heart,
It gently expands out beyond your body,
Encompassing your whole self,
Sit here in this bubble of love,
Then as this meditation comes to an end,
Bringing this love with you into your life,
If you haven't really felt that love for yourself yet,
Don't worry,
It will absolutely happen,
Take care of yourself,
Nurture yourself and I will see you soon.
